Just a few days ago, my BDSM erotic suspense novella Bangkok Noir went live on Amazon. If you're looking for a happily ever after ending, this book is not for you. On the other hand, if you crave strong, unconventional characters, an exotic locale and searing D/s sex, I highly recommend that you get yourself a copy. If you're undecided, you can read an excerpt right here.
Meanwhile, I just finished proofing the manuscript for Quarantine, which comes out on July 9th. I'll be running a blog tour from the 6th through the 20th of July, giving away an ebook at every single stop! I'll also have a grand prize of a $50 gift certificate, available to commenters at my own blog Beyond Romance as well as those on tour stops. I'm working on a trailer that I hope I'll be able to share with you soon. In short - this is going to be really big!
Yesterday I sent off the first round of edits to Mastering Maya, which will be included in Total-E-Bound's Switch anthology due out in September. Don't worry, I'll remind you! Meanwhile, I've put up an excerpt for you, and you can read the blurb on my Coming Soon page.

Contests!
Thanks to all of you who entered my "smartphone" contest. There were a wide range of responses. Some of you have and love the latest gadgets, while others don't have any mobile phone at all!
My randomly chosen winner was Renee, the "paranormal romance fan". She gets to pick one of my paranormal books from my back list.
This month, I'm trying to get the word out about my new book and my upcoming releases. So I've got an easy contest where you can get multiple chances to win. It's called the "Word of Mouth Contest". Here are the rules:
- Tell at least one friend to go look at my newsletter, either on my website (http://www.lisabetsarai.com/news.html) or on my blog for Monday the 11th of June (http://lisabetsarai.blogspot.com). You can Tweet or post the links on Facebook if you want.
- Then send me an email at contest [at] lisabetsarai.com, using the subject line "Word of Mouth Contest", telling me you've passed the word on. (I trust you to be honest.) This counts as one contest entry.
- If one of your friends enters the contest by email, and tells me that he or she was referred by you, that gives you another chance to win (and will also enter your friend). Obviously your friends can pass the word to their friends, to increase their chances of winning!
- You (or your friends) can also enter by commenting on this blog post. Don't forget to leave your email address and the name of the person who referred you if you enter this way.
Lisabet's Pick of the Month
My Pick of the Month for June is the blog of newly published M/M romance author Sage Marlowe. Sage's first release is getting fantastic reviews. She'll be my guest at Beyond Romance during my July ManFest to celebrate the release of Quarantine.
