Today I turn sixty years old. I find that a bit hard to believe - often I feel as though I'm still in my twenties - but there's no denying the date on my birth certificate!
Anyway, to celebrate, I have a gift for you: another free story in PDF form, complete with an original cover designed by me.

Happy Birthday!! I know what you mean about not feeling it.... I'm looking at 50 just around the corner and feel the same way and it's not just us. Almost 20 years ago my grandpa told me that he'd gotten up in the morning and stumbled into the bathroom half awake and was starttled by the old man he'd glimpsed walking by the mirror.... he couldn't figure out for a moment who that old man was. LOL! When I was baffled by this he explained to me that he's always at the prime of his life in his dreams and just wasn't awake enough to realize the old man was infact him. ;-)
